You get now the opportunity to join a dynamic group, as HR Business Partner.

Your role:
As the HR Business Partner, you report to the Managing Director of our sites in the Netherlands
and Belgium. Based in Sint-Amands (Belgium), your action covers 90 employees spread on two
main sites. In that scope, your key role is fully dedicated to operational support to the
Managing Director and employees for all HR related topics including internal communication.
You develop and implement better people management practices, in the perspective of sharing
business goals and target delivery.

In that respect, you are an experienced HR professional, who has a broad experience in various
HR areas of expertise such as people development, including recruitment, training, payroll
system and incentives, as well as, legal and labor law.

Your mission:
• Act as a single point of contact for the employees and managers in the business units
• Assure all recruitment process, and design retaining plan for our people
• Manage labor contracts and all legal requirements related to the work contract
• Design succession plans for key talents and key job positions
• Design a compensation and benefits program
• Handle the payroll for Belgium employees and supervise the payroll for Netherland with
   local support
• Organization of internal events
• Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes according to Group Policies
• Liaise with HR BP within the group to share best practices

Key Required Skills:
• Previous experience in Human Resources Management within industrial environment
• Strong knowledge of the Belgian and Dutch labor law
• Team player and communication skills
• Experienced on working with HRIS and excellent MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent English level to liaise with Headquarters and other subs. French language is a
   plus.

You have ideally degree level on HR with a similar experience of 4 years on industry area. You
are responsive to solicitations and know how to demonstrate rigor and have a certain sensitivity
to the technical environment. You are a driving force within a team and know how to maintain
an excellent relationship that will allow you to interact with people at all levels of the
organization. You are available for regular trips to our different sites in The Netherlands.
