This documentation contains the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Services of the PRECIA Group, supplemented by the Dutch Specific Terms and Conditions of PRECIA MOLEN Netherlands B.V.. The Dutch Specific Terms and Conditions of PRECIA MOLEN Netherlands B.V. supplement the PRECIA Group General Terms and Conditions and apply to all offers and agreements of PRECIA MOLEN Netherlands B.V.

PRECIA Group General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Services
By entering into an agreement, the buyer acknowledges having taken note of and agreed to these terms.
Applicability
These Dutch Specific Terms and Conditions (“Specific Terms”) apply to all offers, agreements and deliveries of PRECIA MOLEN Netherlands B.V. These Specific Terms supplement the PRECIA Group General Terms and Conditions (“Group GTC”). The Group GTC remain fully applicable in all other respects.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
All offers, agreements and disputes shall be exclusively governed by Dutch law. The competent court in the Netherlands shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
