Hopper scale ABS-X Ex
The ABS-X Ex in-line weighbridge is available in 10 and 300 m³/h capacities and in a stainless steel version. It is designed for the automatic in-line (or process) weighing of free-flowing, dry granular products, such as cereals. When used with the I410 ABS instrumentation system, it functions as a discontinuous totalizer.

To guarantee the quality of your grain, all parts of the ABS-X Ex that come into contact with the product are coated with food-grade paint.
The high-quality construction of our hopper scales, along with the use of electrical and mechanical components that comply with ISO standards, results in a robust, reliable, precise, and easy-to-maintain system.
The ABS-X Ex features:
- Filling and emptying hoppers mounted on ball bearings.
- A directly supported weighing hopper, without levers or counterweights.
- Highly accessible calibration and control, as the calibration weight supports are fixed on each side of the weighing hopper.
- The weighing cycle is managed by the I410 ABS system, which controls each hopper via an electro-pneumatic actuator.
Several options are available:
- Two measurement channels for weight control
